My story
The Living Google of Pregnancy, Birth & Parenting
I've been affectionately called the living Google of pregnancy, birth, and parenting — and as a mom of seven living children who have been born at home, in a birth center, a hospital, via c-section, and an induced VBAC, I bring real personal experience behind every bit of my professional training.
My job is to help you have your best birth experience and feel confident during early parenting. I specialize in prenatal education, personally tailored parent education during and after pregnancy, and in-home postpartum support — providing practical and emotional guidance from conception through early parenthood.
Whether you're excited to plan your birth or terrified of what's to come, I'm here to help you prepare for a positive experience. From midwife-attended out-of-hospital births to scheduled high-risk c-sections, my classes, doula support, and birth consults will help you feel confident welcoming your baby — or babies!

Heather Meyer — Placenta Encapsulation Specialist
Heather Meyer is a certified placenta encapsulation specialist and holistic health practitioner serving the greater Philadelphia area. She partners with Philly Birth to offer families a trusted, professional option for placenta encapsulation as part of their postpartum care.
Heather brings a warm, evidence-informed approach to her work, supporting families through the physical and emotional transition of the postpartum period. Her encapsulation services are prepared with care, following strict safety and sanitation standards.

Ashley R. Jones, MS, CD
Birth Doula Partner
Ashley holds a Master's in Forensic Psychology and is a practicing social worker and therapist — now channeling that deep commitment to human empowerment into birth work. A community activist, holistic healer, and passionate advocate, Ashley envisions birth support and representation for all. She attends births at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery, Reading Hospital, St. Joseph's, Chester County hospitals, and homebirths across Philadelphia, Reading, Berks, and Montgomery Counties.
Camille
Postpartum Doula Partner & Parent Coach
Camille has been supporting families professionally for nearly two decades, bringing extensive infant care experience to every family she serves. In addition to being a postpartum doula, she is a Certified Breastfeeding Counselor. Affectionately known as the "baby whisperer," she has a gift for getting any baby soundly to sleep. Camille also offers Parent Coaching from infant through teen. She is currently employed by the Philadelphia School District as a Climate Support Specialist, tasked with supporting student behaviors to create a positive learning environment.
Cathya
Birth & Postpartum Doula Partner
Cathya spent years supporting families and the community as a detective — and after welcoming her first son, she knew her true passion was supporting families through birth and early parenthood. She provides both birth and postpartum doula services, and is bilingual, offering full support to our Spanish-speaking clients.
